Return & Refund Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to request a return or refund. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we won’t be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Please note that certain products are not eligible for return due to their nature, including perishable items like food or flowers, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or any flammable liquids or gases.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Gift cards
  • Select health and personal care items

To initiate a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Note: Kindly refrain from sending any items back to the manufacturer directly, as they will not be accepted.

Partial Refunds

There are a few instances where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not related to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you of its receipt and approval (or rejection) of the refund. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the allotted time:

  1. Double-check your bank account for the transaction.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take a few days for the refund to post officially.
  3. Check with your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Sale Items

Please note that only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we’d be happy to replace it for you with the same item. To arrange an exchange, send an email to [email protected] and ship the item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, we’ll send you a gift certificate. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the item sent to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for your return. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
